The Office & Inside Sales Support provides general administrative support to the office and MT in the Netherlands and to Inside Sales specifically. He/she acts as first point of contact for customers and staff.

Your collaboration

50% office support
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls. Receive visitors in a professional way
  • Head/Coordinator of the first aid (EHBO) team
  • Provide general administrative support for the office and the Management Team specifically
  • Organize meetings and events
  • Maintain supply inventory and office equipment
  • Responsible for internal communication (mailings, (internal) publications, general office updates, etc.) and ensure information is spread in a correct and timely manner
50% Inside Sales support
  • Support the Senior Inside Sales employee with the more administrative and operational tasks, such as being a contact point for (potential) customers, checking the mailbox, maintaining the admin system, processing quotations and handling direct orders 

Your competence

  • You have a Vocational Degree (MBO Secretarial/Administration)
  • You have 1-3 years’ of experience in a secretarial role
  • You have excellent computer skills MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • You are proficient in Dutch and English - oral and written
  • You have a pro-active attitude and continuously seek for improvements
  • You adapt to new and changing demands and situations
  • You have the ability to plan/organize multiple tasks/projects
  • You deal effectively with people from all levels
