
Application Developer - ETL (Informatica) / M365

The Application Developer, as part of a global IT team, is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing various IT applications to and for all worldwide locations. This may include any subsidiaries, partners, or customers as required. Focus is on Microsoft 365 Power Platform, Workflow (Nintex), and ETL (Informatica) applications.
The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the optimal performance, security, and scalability. As an application Developer, you will also be tasked with providing technical expertise and support to drive business growth and enhance productivity. You will be expected to stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices to ensure the infrastructure requirements remain secure and innovative.
Key responsibilities include designing and developing process automation, ensuring compliance with security and governance, managing Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Teams environment and SharePoint Online environments.
Candidates must have good IT skills, willingness to work outside of standard business hours, and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. In addition, he/she will provide remote support as needed, with the flexibility to provide 24-hour technical support and respond to after hour customer requests as required.

Your collaboration
- Manage and maintain a variety of application environments, incl. second level support.
- Maintain the Microsoft 365, Nintex Workflows, and Infomatica ETL environments
- Implement and configure solutions to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Design and develop process automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, and similar tools.
- Provide training and support to end-users on tools and features.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates to optimize usage.
- Share knowledge within the IT department proactively through knowledge sharing and the creation of knowledge base articles
- Manage, execute, or support IT Projects when required.
- Work with other IT Departments in SLHC or KUKA as needed
- Participate in local and on-call 1st level IT Support activities if required
- Ensure IT security and data privacy
- Support audits and certifications (HiTrust, ISO27001, etc.)
- Adhere to corporate policies and procedures and legal requirements
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Your competence
- 3+ years’ experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer or in a similar role.
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
- Familiarity with security and compliance features in Microsoft 365.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or combined equivalent in education and experience.
- Experience with Informatica ETL applications
- Experience with Nintex Workflow applications.
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops
