What are the key steps in your professional journey?

I worked as a pharmacy technician while completing my bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Education, gaining experience in both inpatient and retail pharmacy settings. I then worked with a major ADC provider before joining Swisslog Healthcare as a Customer Success Manager, where I focused on supporting and advocating for customers. I later transitioned into Product Management, continuing to apply my pharmacy and automation experience to support cold chain solutions.
