Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales plans tailored to the healthcare automation sector. Identify emerging market trends, regulatory shifts, and technological advancements to refine sales tactics and stay ahead of the curve.
- Customer & Partner Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and automation technology partners. Foster trust and long-term collaboration to drive adoption of innovative healthcare solutions.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by leveraging deep industry knowledge and strategic account management.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor performance metrics and provide accurate, data-driven sales forecasts to upper management. Translate healthcare market insights into actionable recommendations.
Your competence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management—typically 5+ years within healthcare technology, medical devices, or automation solutions.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills, with a track record of guiding high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, especially with clinical stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex healthcare data and convert insights into strategic actions.
