Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems. Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot system problems. Maintains the computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems. Support the academia and adhoc project.

Your collaboration

Responsibilities:

  • Setup of server (PTS/AGVS)
  • MDOT support
  • Server maintenance support (patching)
  • Interfacing with BMS
  • Basic mapping for adhoc work
  • AGV troubleshooting with eplan.
  • Network & AP troubleshooting.
  • Interfacing with autodoor, lift & BMS (OPC, PLC)
  • Setting up of the system (Academia)
  • Maintaining and supporting the testing of the system (Academia)
  • Providing Technical support
  • Training maintenance staff where appropriate

Your competence

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Diploma or higher qualification or equivalent in years in Engineering (Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics)
  • Experience in software testing and problem troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge in Operating systems fundamentals, PLC fundamentals and basic networking configuration
  • Knowledgeable in common programming and scripting languages.
  • Knowledge in Automation.
  • Experience in System Training and System O&M Documentation.
