What are you responsible for at Swisslog Healthcare?
I oversee the product development of new Tempo-related Reporting & Analytics, and AI chatbot and insights. I also manage the partner distribution sales of smaller pharmacy automation auxiliary products manufactured by JVM Co., Ltd., which include fully automated packager systems (known by Swisslog Healthcare as the "AutoPack.")

I started in April 2026.

What particularly fascinates you about your job and the healthcare industry?
I'm fascinated by all the people I get to meet and interact with—both internally within my organization and externally with customers. We all come from different backgrounds, and in the end, have a job to do, but it's especially impacting when we work together to improve everyday work life and the products used.
What are the key steps in your professional journey?
I graduated with a B.A. in music with no solid career plans. Moved from a full-time pharmacy technician to working at pharmacy management software company. Worked my way into a product manager, moved around to different industries when I saw an opportunity open, and came full circle to Swisslog Healthcare as a senior product manager working in pharmacy again. The key steps have been to never settle or stay stagnant, and always pursue something bigger and better when the opportunity arises.
Do you reveal something personal about yourself like hobbies or a fun fact?
Given I have a music degree, I have played the saxophone for 25 years. I continue to occasionally play at my church. My husband and I operate a small farm in the Oklahoma panhandle with over 250 chickens, geese, and ducks, and raise pork and beef, selling fresh meat and eggs to our local community.
