We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist (m/f/d) to join our global marketing team as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating information within the organization through announcements, the intranet, videos, employee events and meetings. You will work closely with the Internal Communications Manager and cross-functional teams to improve alignment and achieve program goals. This hands-on role includes developing and implementing global communication strategies, project management of multi-channel campaigns and data analysis.

- You develop and implement innovative communication strategies that inspire and connect our global teams.
- Organizing and coordinating internal events and meetings, as well as creatively implementing communication projects, are part of your responsibilities.
- You take the lead in managing our intranet and crafting engaging communications.
- As a proofreader, you support the global marketing team in revising communication texts.
- Conducting employee and customer surveys and analyzing the results are part of your duties.
Deine Kompetenz
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
- Strong organizational skills and creative thinking are among your strengths.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment brings you joy.
- You have previous experience in internal communication, corporate communication, or marketing.
- Ideally, you have successfully completed a degree in communication sciences, marketing, business administration, or a comparable field.
