Global Quality Engineer

We are looking for a young engineer to join the Global Quality department with the scope to analyse all processes that the company follows and develop, implement and maintain a system of standard and reliable quality for all processes among all Swisslog Healthcare companies around the world.
The resource will closely work with all branches departments, interacting with different stakeholders and reporting directly to the Head of Global Quality growing in competences and learning attitude.

Your collaboration

  • Ensures that the global processes of Medication Management division are properly managed and followed
  • Supports global processes owners on writing down the processes
  • Ensures that each process is assigned with KPI’s, collects KPI’s actual results and consolidates the required reporting
  • Drive personnel/functions training when a part of a process gets introduced for the first time or is modified
  • Plan the processes internal audits and ensures they’re carried out as per planning
  • Participates to external and internal audits and coordinate analysis of results and initiatives,leading the teams to understand the causes of deviations, to define measures
  • Follow-up their implementation, to check and confirm their effectiveness
  • Coordinates working teams for assigned improvement projects.

Your competence

Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration 
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in quality related depertment or consultancy
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Good in problem solving, precision and accurancy
  • Excellent communication
