Quality Engineer

We are looking for a young, proactive and curious #engineer to join the #Quality Department in our italian Headquarter where he/she will closely work with Logistics and Manufacturing team to guarantee quality compliance to all portfolio products and prevent non compliance standards of product, processes and supply chain.

Your collaboration
- Maintain compliance with regulations, standards, guidelines, policies, product and process specifications and internal procedures. Proactively identifie, contain, and communicate any deviation found
- Within the assigned area of responsibility (customer, internal, quality system), coordinate the operating teams built-up to find-out the causes which generated non-conformity, to define the relevant corrective/preventative/improvement actions and to check and confirm their effectiveness
- Eventually participate in product testing
- Prepare processes, procedures, operating instructions, and templates as part of the Quality Management System
Your competence
- Engineering Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in this role or similar
- Fluent in English (at least B1 certification)
- Proactive, precise, timely and accurate and good team player
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 principles
- Excellent problem solving attitude
- Good knowledge of PDCA/8D/5WHY problem solving tools
- Experienced with NAVISION knowledge
- Good use of MS Excel ®
