The Service Engineer is responsible to manage the customer service activities and new business projects.

Your collaboration

  • Act as Customer Technical call center
  • Execute Remote support with appropriate tools and reporting after job completion
  • Execute Service order on site with proper reporting in the company tools
  • Managing and executing Small and large CS Projects;
  • Supporting customer service sales on technical offer preparation.
  • Handling of spare parts and manage stock for Service contract and on-demand services
  • Follow up of special Customer requirements based on specific strategies and accounting approach
  • Schedule maintenance activities with Planning and Dispatching department
  • Identify leads in the field
  • Follow company rules and obligation in term of ISO Certification
  • Execute trainings on time for technical update and safety regulation based on company request

Your competence

  • Must have degree in electronics or informatics or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated experience servicing and installing technological equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting 
  • Understand the matter of IoT and Web Software solution
  • Good practice on data Analytics
  • Experienced on database and queries
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English, 
  • Travel up to 30% to the customer site, zone office or identified meeting locations
