We asked Julian:
What is the most fascinating thing about your job?
I’m proud to be part of a team that is driving the healthcare sector forward with innovative approaches and having a positive impact on patient care. Our goals are to improve processes, make life easier for nursing staff and enable better outcomes for patients. I find it amazing how our technologies are helping to achieve these. For our products to have this purpose is really important to me, as it shows we are actively helping people’s lives.
What have been the most important stages in your career?
I recently began an MBA that builds on my previous technical knowledge in mechanical engineering. This step, my role in the Product Management team and the regular discussions with healthcare facilities are helping me better understand the sector and future developments.
Can you tell us something about yourself as a person?
I love being outdoors. Especially in the Swiss mountains, that’s where I can switch off. Whether hiking, skiing or mountain biking, the mountains offer a great mix of adventure and relaxation. And spending a day being active in the mountains means I can enjoy another one of my passions: enjoying good food in good company.
