Responsibilities

Make an impact

Primary goals for this role include:

Translate requirements into effective automation software solutions
Contribute to the definition of system architecture and software design
Prepare functional specifications and acceptance test criteria for project-related systems and equipment
Participate in design risk assessments and ensure proper documentation (user and maintenance manuals)
Stay up to date with technologies in automation and robotics

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed To be successful in the role we are looking for:

Strong experience in automation engineering
Approximately 5 years of experience in the automation industry
Solid knowledge of PLC programming, preferably with Structured Text
Strong understanding of automation systems architecture, including real-time systems
Experience with commissioning and testing of automated control systems
Knowledge of motion control systems (servo motors, stepper motors)
Experience in designing complex systems involving multiple machines
Proficiency in Beckhoff / TwinCAT or CODESYS environments
Good knowledge of electromechanical components and systems
Ability to create technical documentation, including functional specifications and test procedures
Good knowledge of English language
