Responsibilities

Primary goals for this role include:

Design and develop software solutions in line with project requirements and specifications
Own the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and continuous improvement
Execute software testing activities to ensure compliance with customer requirements and defined processes
Ensure and continuously improve product quality, identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation related to software design, development, and testing

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed To be successful in the role we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of experience in software development within the automation domain (e.g. MES, WMS, control systems)
Strong programming skills in C# (.NET / .NET Core) and/or Java (Spring Boot)
Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns
Experience in designing and developing industrial automation and integration systems
Good understanding of real-time systems and system architecture
Strong knowledge of relational databases and T-SQL (SQL Server preferred)
Experience with software testing and development of automated systems
Ability to produce technical documentation and system specifications
