Do you want to create sustainable added value with your sales efforts? Then join us! We provide modern intralogistics and automation technology to healthcare facilities, contributing to an improvement in patient care. As part of our team, you can introduce this technology to the market. You will be responsible for supporting our customer base in the Nordics in the continuous development of their existing facilities and will be actively involved in acquiring new customers. Public tenders play a crucial role, but you also have the freedom to initiate additional initiatives.

Your collaboration

  • Ensure the ongoing execution of all sales activities within specified timelines, meeting customer expectations.
  • Take responsibility for achieving targets related to Order Intake and Order Intake Margin.
  • Provide a transparent, high-quality, and accurate Sales Forecast for short-term, mid-term, and long-term perspectives.
  • Regularly manage and follow up with the Country team on all Sales Activities, including projects.
  • Oversee quotation, validation, and account management for major requests and/or major customers (PRR process owner), including tender management.
  • Monitor and Follow Up on the objective sales performance delivered by the sales team.
  • Monitor the market and establish key contacts to facilitate continuous growth.

Your competence

Ideally, you bring the following:
  • Experience in B2B sales management (on-site)
  • Technical background to understand product portfolios
  • Willingness to undertake regular travel.

Desirable, but not essential:
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience in the hospital market with a technical focus
  • Proficiency in tender management (public procurement)
