As part of our Marketing team in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, we are looking for an Event and Tradeshow Manager who likes to conceptualize holistic and consistent presences and takes responsability for and accompanies the implementation in an integrated way.

Your collaboration

The resource will take over the following tasks:

  • Organization and execution of our trade show, event, and meeting appearances, both live, hybrid and digital, to best support our brand presence and sales activities
  • Elaboration and coordination of target group oriented booth concepts in coordination with interdisciplinary and international teams
  • Defining the strategy and tactics to achieve our meetings and events goals including the identification and evaluation of new formats
  • Developing a speaker network with professionals who can serve as ambassadors for our personalized longevity programs
  • Managing the event and trade show social media communication up to, during and after the event
  • Identification, supervising and collaboration with all event and tradeshow related service providers, stand builders, cooperation partners and agencies
  • Analyzing the event success, preparing reports, and coming up with suggestions to enhance the event success
  • Observation of general trends and activities in the field of live communication and derivation of concrete measures for the permanent further development of our corporate presence
  • Define, overlook, and execute on timings and budgets for the yearly event planning

Your competence

  • Studies in the field of trade show and event management, marketing, or comparable education
  • Experience in the conception, design and implementation of trade shows, events and meetings, ideally in a medium-sized company or in an agency
  • A confident and winning manner combined with good communication and negotiation skills
  • Service-oriented thinking, analytical skills, outstanding organizational talent, and affinity for technical products
  • Cost awareness as well as experience with adherence to given budgets
  • Hands-on mentality, flexibility as well as a structured and independent way of working
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of French is a plus
  • Confident in using Microsoft 365 and Office applications, and digital savvy in relation to platform and event-related technologies
  • Team spirit and high degree of loyalty
