The HRIS Administrator manages the administration of the human resources systems. This role carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), performance management processes in alignment with global programs, new hire orientation and onboarding.

Your collaboration

  • Tracks payroll exceptions (on a weekly and bi-weekly basis) in conjunction with Payroll.
  • Creates processes and manages users in performance management system, SABA.
  • Key technical point of contact for UKG and SABA’s performance management platform.
  • Makes all employee changes in HRIS and SABA.
  • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
  • Executes mass data imports in the HR system in support of ad-hoc and routine requests.
  • Resolves routine End-user support requests that have documented solutions.
  • Provides training and user-support for HRIS processes and system navigation.
  • With SAP Manager administer incoming system access permission requests per documented guidelines.
  • Performs periodic audits of granted permissions to ensure proper security of data access.
  • Support implementation of new products, processes, and business requirements.
  • Provides support to end-user requests for HR Master Data reports, within data protection guidelines.
  • Periodically conduct data integrity audits and data-cleanup efforts.
  • Modifies/develops reports from HR system per provided requirements.
  • Monitors scheduled reports and resolves basic issues (e.g. re-trigger the schedule).
  • Involvement in global HR programs as required.
  • Manages the service award program.
  • Helps with HR employee functions.
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.

Your competence

  • 3-5 years experience in the following areas: HRIS, report generation, querying, data analysis, and performance management.
  • Associate’s degree in the area of HR, IS systems, or general business.
  • General knowledge of HR Laws, processes, terminology, and disciplines.
  • High Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access
  • Must be able to work in a dead-line driven environment.
  • Organization, project management, presentation skills
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
Desirable, but not Essential:

  • Related experience in UKG or Halogen highly desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • PHR certification
Target salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical / dental / vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, disability, 401k matching (up to 8%).
