Your collaboration
- Collaborate with Sr. Product Manager on requirements preparation, clarification and modification
- Coordinate with the hardware product owner to ensure deliverables align with respect to total product functionality and development timeline
- Translate requirements into user stories
- Work within the product development team to make sure we build the right thing, right through all development stages.
- Drive acceptance, implementation, and verification of requirements.
- Partner with the scrum master to determine key dates and deliverables
- Represent internal and external customers' interests within the scrum team
- Prioritize the backlog
- Serve as engineering’s primary point of contact for software related issues within the product management team.
- Serve as the software subject matter expert and primary point of contact for the company in terms of how our hardware/software operates
- Delivery of software components required for new product initiatives and modifications to the existing product line
- Prioritization of TransLogic response to software related field performance issue
- Decisions related to software lifecycle management
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
Your competence
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related subject
- Proficient in Agile Development Methodologies
- 5+ years of professional experience in a related field
- Strong focus on interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
- Customer first mind set
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
- In the Denver/Boulder area or willing to relocate
- Able to work out of the Broomfield office at least 2 days/week
- Understanding of or cross functional experience working with software developers, test engineering
- Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, Salesforce, Windchill or other product lifecycle management software
