Your collaboration

The resource is responsible to lead the following activities:
  • Lead, develop and motivate the quality assurance Team to reach the unit targets
  • Develop, implement and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, functionality and reliability
  • Ensure that global Swisslog Healthcare quality KPIs are implemented in the unit, and continuously monitored; work with all the involved functions to support actions and plan required to meet expectations
  • Define specific product quality KPIs with manufacturing and introduce processes and control plans to guarantee production quality standard
  • Ensure that product testing plan, testing systems and reports are defined for each component in production
  • Act as the contact point for installation and service Teams in order to receive, analyze and manage non-conformities related to Pharmacy Automation products
  • Ensure that root cause analysis, quick fix and long term actions are identified and implemented to address non conformities
  • Manage monthly meetings to share with local teams and  regional’s organizations quality performances and ongoing actions
  • Drive updates and maintenance and audit for ISO Certification

Your competence

Background Qualifications:
  • Experience in team management including performance evaluation, coaching and personnel development
  • Knowledge about main manufacturing and technical processes (e.g. manual electro-mechanical assembly, welding, molding,…)
  • Good analytical and planning skills with proven capacity to manage budget, department costs and financials
  • Ability to manage time and deadlines under pressure in the operations environment
  • Good analytical/problem-solving skills and flexibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English
  • Excellent competencies in process mapping and re-engineering (Value Stream Mapping experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge and experience in industrial testing systems and methods
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with proven capacity to communicate to the different levels of the organization
Minimum Qualifications:
  • University Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical degree preferred)
  • At least 7 years of experience in Quality experiences, preferably within “white sector” or automotive industry quality functions
  • Knowledge of ISO Certification & Methodologies
  • Practical Knowledge of FMEA methodologies
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Productions methodology
  • Six Sigma Black belt certification
  • Knowledge of Navision ERP
