Service Planning SMA Administrator - Denver, CO

The Service Planning SMA Administrator is responsible for the execution of all SMA (Software Maintenance Agreement) contract scheduling and resource deployment. This position is primarily responsible for scheduling resources for software maintenance activities, and field service operations administration.

Ensuring satisfactory execution of all SMA contracts is essential to establishing and growing customer satisfaction. This role is vital to the achievement of this task and will require a high level of professionalism, ability to work with minimal supervision, and an ability to continually refine processes to optimize our efficiency in completing contract commitments.

Your collaboration

  • Collaborate with other departments (i.e., Sales, Contracts) to ensure clear visibility to demand and need for scheduling SMA resources.
  • Track, monitor, and report on SMA contract status.
  • Create work orders for billable SMA events.
  • Maintain regional schedules considering available capacity, demand, and geographical location to optimize service to all SMA customers.
  • Reschedule and reassign scheduled SMA events.
  • Communicate, negotiate, and resolve capacity conflicts through creative and innovative recommendations and suggestions.
  • Participate as a member of the FSOPS (Field Service Operations) department in process improvement identifications, resolutions and implementations.
  • Coordinate with Regional Service Managers, Field Service Supervisors, and Field Service Engineers to ensure that resources are efficiently scheduled for all SMA activities.
  • Regularly monitor SMA contract status to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Consider the time sensitivity of requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Your competence

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of logistics, scheduling and/or service experience in a healthcare or field service environment.
  • At least 2 years total experience in roles related to customer support / field operations, logistics, and/or production operations.
  • Must have working knowledge of SAP/Oracle, Microsoft Office.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and workload including planning, organizing and prioritizing.
Desirable, but not Essential:
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

Compensation: Starting salary range for this position is $48,000 - $52,000. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical / dental / vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, disability, 401k matching (up to 8%).
